How did you attract/address your audience?

Our target audience is teenagers of the ages approximately between 16 - 21 years.
To attract people we filmed the two minute opening in Hastings, so people that live in the local area will be attracted to that and want to see our film.
We only used one teenager in our film but as she is the main character we thought that her being the main character would attract younger people as they can relate to her as she is a teenager herself.
We showed in our two minute opening reality at home for some poeple, we think this will attract an older generstaion also because it deals with grown-up situations that could relate them in some way.
